A stretch of northbound Highway 99 in Sacramento County has revived after a fatal accident Tuesday early daytime including numerous large apparatuses and a pickup truck.
Two individuals inside the pickup were murdered in the accident, as per the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred close to Ayers Lane only south of Twin Cities Road. Three major apparatuses, including a FedEx truck, were engaged with the accident.
